We also enjoyed the kitchen lesson with another one the staff named Madeline. Our little boy loved every minute of it! And when the show was over he happily answered all of my sons questions. We really enjoyed his charisma and showmanship. We were pleasantly surprised to find the same staff member performing a science show. We had a first aid issue and one of these staff members, I believe his name was Nick, immediately helped us out by taking us to a first aid room. There are college-aged staff in blue coats who enthusiastically interact with kids and answer questions. The reason you should visit the Creative Discovery Museum, however, is the staff. A not-so-good part of our experience is when we made our way to the tool workshop where we were encountered with a not-so-enthused woman in her mid forties who sits and cuts cloth into a box while kids play with dangerous tools all by themselves. Most of the dinosaur and geology area is very outdated, but thats just an old professor talking again. My son especially loved the water area and the playground above it. The exhibits inside the museum were fun but not overwhelming. But that is just an old geographer talking.
